Complaints and dispute resolution
Please email us first at hello@sylva.earth. We aim to reply within 5 business days and would always rather sort things out directly.
You can also file a complaint through Portugal's electronic complaints book, the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico.
For out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute, you can contact a Portuguese consumer arbitration centre (RAL), such as CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt). The full list of centres is available at consumidor.gov.pt.
